True Colors ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Photos & Images

When you take a selfie for color analysis, the image is sent to our AI service (powered by Anthropic's Claude) for processing. The image is used solely to determine your color analysis results and is not stored on our servers after processing is complete. We do not use your photos for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing your color analysis.

Data We Collect

• Color analysis results are stored locally on your device using SwiftData so you can view them later.
• Purchase information is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment details.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, or account information. There are no accounts to create.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes selfie images for color analysis. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Apple App Store — handles in-app purchases.

Data Storage

All color analysis results are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud storage of your data. Deleting the app removes all stored data.

Children's Privacy

True Colors is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
